RETURNS:
All of us at Smooth Body Lines, LLC want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have decided against your purchase, and it is UNOPENED, you may exchange the product within 30 days.
We only allow exchanges. But we ask that you follow these few guidelines:

• Products must have been purchased directly from www.smoothbodylines.com. (We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other wholesale stores or distributors.)
• Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
• Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
• We will not accept returns on OPENED products.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for the shipping back to Smooth Body Lines distributing offices.

Shipping:
We DO NOT add or charge any type of handling fees.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
If the order is received after 1pm Eastern Standard Time it is possible your order will be processed the next business day. In the event that products are not it stock, for immediate shipment, you will be notified and as soon as the products are available they will be shipped to you. Shipping charges will be determined by:

The weight and size of the purchased items
The location of the delivery address
The delivery option you choose

To keep your costs down, we ship using United States Postal Service. During the checkout process, you will be given a choice of 2 shipping options and the cost of each:

Express (1 - 2 Days)
Priority (2 - 3 Days)

We will ship to Hawaii and Alaska but additional charges may apply. These charges will depend on the weight and size of the shipment.
Also, some shipping options may not be available due to shipment location. Please allow extra time for delivery.
